As a pure play wafer foundry, we are confident that through the planning, implementation, actions, and auditing of our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management system, and the commitment of all employees and stakeholders to the concept of “zero harm, zero accidents, and sustainable development.” We can continue to encourage environmental protection, green production, the circular economy, improving workplace environments, and preventing occupational accidents and diseases. Our goal is to achieve benchmark status while also operating sustainably.
We are committed to:
- Compliance with Regulations: We follow government regulations, environmental health and safety, environmental protection, and other regulations. We strive to achieve or exceed international EHS standards and criteria while promoting environmental protection and safety with the goal to provide a safe and healthy work environment.
- Risk Management: We manage risks by implementing protective measures, operational controls, and health management systems to maintain employees’ physical and mental health while reducing EHS risks and impacts.
- Continuous Improvement: We constantly enhance and analyze our operations to improve EHS management performance by identifying hazards and assessing their environmental impact.
- Consultation and Communication: To improve EHS management performance, we establish consultation and communication channels with employees, suppliers, contractors, communities, and stakeholders to communicate policies and requirements.
- Recycle Economy: We support effort to prevent climate change, promote clean production and green energy, improve resource efficiency, reduce waste, recycle, avoid pollution, and preserve biodiversity.
